Thursday 5:00 – 5:45 PM – Adult ALL Abilities Yoga + Mindfulness: This class is designed to support both the mind and body through gentle/all-levels yoga poses, meditation strategies, mindfulness practices, and even the opportunity to engage in creative expressions and community building exercises.
The ALL Abilities Class is intended for adults 18+ and those with diverse abilities/special needs are encouraged to attend with a caregiver, but this is not a requirement to take the class.
